I’m Toshi Kamazuka of Los Angeles, a writer for Japanese hip hop magazine “HIP HOP INSIDER”.
I would like aply for press/ photo pass for both 26 & 27.
Although I’m Japanese, born and raised there, I’m a big fan of Black college’s marching band since I saw Grambling State Tiger marching band play for the first time in Japan back in 70’s. It was a culture shock, indeed!
