To whom it may concern:

I'm Toshi Kamazuka of Los Angeles, a writer for Japanese hip hop magazine "HIP HOP INSIDER".

I would like aply for press/ photo pass for both 26 & 27.

Although I'm Japanese, born and raised there, I'm a big fan of Black college's marching band since I saw Grambling State Tiger marching band play for the first time in Japan back in 70's. It was a culture shock, indeed!

I'm aplying press/ photo pass because I really like to write an article about thus event.

please e-mail back to kamazuka@lighthouse-ce.com or reach me at 1(310)702-2531.

Thank you very much for your consideration.
